Junior County Match Days

Our Junior girls played superb golf over the three days of county competition and so nearly won, missing out by just one and half a points to a strong Suffolk team.  On a challenging course, in blustery, wet and cold conditions (summer in England!) every one of our girls played excellent golf and never lost a match with four wins and a draw against Suffolk. We fielded a really strong team, with two newcomers to County golf, these being Lily Hawes and Maybel Brooks. As ever, the team spirit amongst our girls was second to none, and goodness, were we proud of them all. Our thanks to all the players and the parents for their support and we can't wait to do it all again next year.
