Girls' Spring Meeting

Fourteen Girls took part in the Girls' Spring Meeting at Frinton today in unexpected sunshine!  The forecast rain hardly materialised and the day turned out sunny and warm.  Some fantastic scores were returned and I'm delighted to say that several girls will waking up to handicap cuts tomorrow.  The Lowest Gross prize went to Jessica Pugh from Chelmsford with an impressive score of 2 over gross.  The Runner-up with 42 points was Luna Tanner from Frinton but the Overall Winner with an amazing 48 points was Scarlett Rusbridge from Colne Valley. My thanks go to Frinton Golf Cub for looking after us so well and I hope to see many of the girls again at the Girls' Championships on 28th May at Crondon Park.
